1. BUSINESS STATUS & COMPLIANCE
Rolling Rein, LLC (“Rolling Rein,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Georgia-registered Limited Liability Company. Mane Event operates as a program, brand, or division of Rolling Rein, LLC and is not a separate legal entity.
Rolling Rein, LLC operates in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, maintains commercial liability insurance, required licensing, and adheres to all safety and animal-welfare standards applicable to equine activities within the State of Georgia.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Through its Mane Event division, Rolling Rein, LLC offers equine-based experiences including, but not limited to:
Pony rides
Horse or pony-assisted photo sessions
Private events (birthdays, community events, educational sessions)
Educational demonstrations and learning experiences involving horses
Other equine-related activities as offered from time to time
Services may be provided off-site at client-requested locations, subject to approval and safety evaluation.
3. GEORGIA EQUINE ACTIVITY LIABILITY ACT NOTICE
REQUIRED GEORGIA STATUTORY WARNING
Under Georgia law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
By booking or participating in any service provided by Rolling Rein, LLC or its Mane Event division, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with equine activities.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participants and/or their legal guardians understand and acknowledge that:
Horses and ponies are unpredictable animals
Equine activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Falls
Kicks, bites, or sudden movements
Slipping or uneven terrain
Equipment failure
Weather-related hazards
These risks exist even when all safety precautions are followed
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with equine activities.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law:
Participants and/or legal guardians release, waive, and discharge Rolling Rein, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and its Mane Event division from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rolling Rein, LLC from any claims arising from:
Participant actions
Failure to follow instructions
Misrepresentation of participant ability, health, or age
This release applies to personal injury, property damage, or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, which cannot be waived under Georgia law.
6. MINORS & PARENTAL CONSENT
All minors must have a parent or legal guardian present unless otherwise approved in writing.
A signed parental consent and liability waiver is required before participation.
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
The minor’s behavior
Compliance with safety rules
Immediate removal of the minor if behavior becomes unsafe
7. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY RULES
Participants must:
Follow all instructions provided by Rolling Rein, LLC staff or Mane Event representatives
Wear appropriate footwear and attire (closed-toe shoes required)
Refrain from rough handling, yelling, running, or unsafe behavior
Disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or behavioral concerns
Rolling Rein, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund if safety rules are not followed.
8. ANIMAL WELFARE & STRESS MANAGEMENT
The health and well-being of our horses and ponies is a top priority.
Animals are not overworked
Sessions are limited in duration and frequency
Breaks, water, shade, and rest periods are enforced
Rolling Rein, LLC reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel activities
Substitute animals
End an event early
This may occur without refund if done to protect animal welfare or participant safety.
9. WEATHER, ENVIRONMENTAL & UNCONTROLLABLE CONDITIONS
Services are subject to cancellation or modification due to:
Weather conditions (heat, storms, wind, lightning)
Unsafe ground conditions
Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
Rolling Rein, LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by such conditions.
10. PAYMENT, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure booking
Final payment is due no later than the day before the scheduled event date
Events with an outstanding balance may be canceled at the discretion of Rolling Rein, LLC
Cancellations by the client may result in forfeiture of deposits
Rescheduling is subject to availability and discretion
Specific pricing, deposit amounts, and cancellation terms may be outlined in your individual service agreement.
11. TRAVEL & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
For off-site events:
A safe, enclosed, level area must be provided
No loose dogs or livestock allowed nearby
Rolling Rein, LLC reserves the right to cancel upon arrival if conditions are unsafe
Travel fees may apply beyond a designated mileage radius
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Rolling Rein, LLC may photograph or record sessions for marketing purposes
No identifying information will be used without consent
Clients may opt out by submitting written notice prior to the event
13. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
While Rolling Rein, LLC maintains commercial liability insurance, insurance coverage does not eliminate participant risk nor guarantee compensation. Participation remains voluntary and at your own risk.
14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These policies shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Georgia.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking, signing a waiver, or participating in any service offered by Rolling Rein, LLC or its Mane Event division, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood this policy
Agree to all terms stated herein
Understand the risks involved
